"Canon": 
Everything starts here.  This is post-Journey's End where he goes off with Rose and they try and make things work.  Emphasis on try.  It doesn't happen and although they try and part on decent terms, both of them know and accept that a reunion, while not unwelcome, would be rather awkward indeed.   So, he leaves and tries to make it on his own.  


Elevenverse:
This is with an AU Eleventh Doctor.  He meets up with him, they travel, Eleven feeds him memories when he needs it, takes care of him, and this?  Is actually one of the few verses where he still tries to be the Doctor.


Memento Mori: 
[So, this would be where things get complicated. If we were looking at the verses as a tree, Canonverse would be the roots, Elevenverse would be one of the roots that's sticking out and this?  Well, this verse would be the trunk of the thing.  Every verse listed below this one is an offshoot and you'll see that there are definitely plenty of them.]

After a time, he finds himself needing to leave the Doctor. He loves the man but he feels that he can't meet up to his expectations, no matter what they may be. After he manages to find himself in London once again (though not in an attempt to seek out Rose, he simply likes the place) he manages to stumble into a man who was once the Master but now is one of the top solders in the Time War.  The Time Lords have gone in, stripped him of most of his memories and given him the Drums.  He now simply goes by Koschei when being informal and upon meeting each other, the two find themselves instantly drawn to one another.  Whether it be because of of who they once were or perhaps who they now aren't, they begin to travel together and grow very close as time goes by.

This is the verse where he acquires the name Theta.  Also, this tends to be his default universe as well.

I Will Touch You Where You Need (Polyverse):
Very similar to Memento Mori except with a little bit more outside influence.  Theta and Koschei meet a variety of people, Theta makes friends and is introduced to the wonders of sex, Koschei twitches and both of them fail to understand why 'us' is not an accurate term for their relationship.  A better description will come later.

Protect Me From What I Want:
Although most of the verses, Koschei manages the Master and Drums (as best he can anyway), Protectverse is the one where those things wind up getting the better of him.  Theta is on his third regeneration and it is clear to both of them that things aren't going to get any better.  Koschei becomes consumed with fixing him and through more than a few drastic measures, manages to get him a new body.

Of course, this body was already occupied by one Jack Harkness but well, that certainly doens't matter.

Theta now shares the body with Jack and a somewhat questionable manifestation of the Doctor and the four of them, along with the TARDIS try and get along.  It's an....interesting experience.


There's Nothing To Be Gained From This But Disaster (Drumsverse):
For everything that Koschei does for him, Theta feels like he does very little in return.  So, as an attempted thanks, he and the TARDIS pull the Drums from Koschei and he holds them instead.  This does not go over well, not because he fails at his attempt but because it actually works.

Memento Mori (Aftermath):
After Theta's inevitable death, he finds himself appearing in the Inn appearing as he did in his first regeneration.  He still falters but not as much as he had previously.  He stays there alone, existing as best he can until eventually, a Koschei who never seemed to come out of mourning completely finds his way there as well.  The two reunite and continue traveling together, this time living out a more quiet existence together. 


A Crime TO Be Forgiven:
While still in the Inn, Theta manages to track down a door to Gallifrey,  a place he has longed to go but never had the opportunity to visit.  The Time Lords, who are not particularly thrilled with his existence, keep him from leaving in an attempt to lure Koschei back, whether it be to fight for them or to be executed.

Things do not end well.  In fact, things end very, very unwell.  Things end in a way that result in Gallifrey exploding and it not actually being the Doctor's fault and by the time it's all over, there is enough rage and break to to shake a stick at.


And So Be Healed (Happyverse):
The Inn pulls in many people from a variety of different places and times.  One such person so happens to be Cowslip, a healer and, coincidently, Theta's doppleganger.  The two meet and Cowslip is more than happy to 'fix' him.  It is not permanent, Theta returns to him every so often so that he can be repaired but he is left a fully functional being every time.

While this is a great thing, it also means a lot of change.  There are many things that both Theta and Koschei are forced to get used to, issues that need to be worked through, but they do it and after much, much hard work, they live a happy existence together.

Also, did I mention that this verse has domestic vigilantes with cats?


Dismantle The Sun (Happyverse off-shoot 1):
Although the Drums and the Master are nearly non-existent in Koschei mind by this point, he still, on occasion, has his days where both somewhat prominent.  A particular person in the Inn finds him at this point and aggravates them even more.  Koschei, in his effort to keep safe the things he cares about, chooses to run until he can get them under control.

He's away for three months.

Meanwhile Theta, upon realizing that Koschei is gone, simply waits.  He can't fathom doing anything else, so he doesn't.  By the time Koschei does return, Theta has fallen into the dark and Koschei is forced to go into his mind and retrieve him.  They try and reclaim the happiness they shared before Koschei left but with Theta having backslid as much has he has and Koschei riddled with guilt, it's not a very easy feat at all.
